Program
How can you help
by giving us your time in our schools? SCHOOL FUEL is collaborating with the Marin County School Volunteers
Program. This program provides excellent training and
it's a great way to get started today!

of the highest integrity to join committees including Operating,

 Board
of Directors
The Board’s function is to direct SCHOOL FUEL,
through its Mission, to provide
increasing and ongoing financial support and community involvement
to all Novato
public schools, to foster excellence in educational programs,
and to represent SCHOOL
FUEL in the community and accept ultimate legal authority
for it. Read

 Advisory
Council
The Advisory Council’s function will be to support
and enhance the work of SCHOOL
FUEL’s Board of Directors by providing advice and counsel
to the Board in areas such
as fundraising, finance, investments, volunteerism, marketing/advertising
and
communications with the community at large. Advisory Council
members will act as a
liaison between the Board and the community. Advisory Council
members will also be
expected to provide the Board with connections to community
leaders, business
leaders, etc. for the purpose of fundraising, volunteerism,
recruitment of new or
additional Board members. Read
